About
I am an older version of the guy on the left and currently a Research Engineer & Tech Lead Manager working on Multilingual Large Language Models (LLMs) & AI Agents at Xiaomi LLM Team. I was a Staff Research Engineer at Baidu NLP and a Data Scientist at Petuum, an AI company founded by Prof. Eric Xing. I received my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), under the supervision of Prof. Meng Wang. I received my M.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Pennsylvania (Penn) and my B.S. (with honors) in Electronic and Information Engineering from Xidian University. My current research interests include Generative AI and LLM/VLM-based agents.
